Bobby helped me out with the entire process. I had been in and completely disappointed 2 other times. After dealing with the second time, Bobby saw that I was getting frustrated that my issues were not being addressed. He offered to take on my issue himself and saw it through to the end. It appears that the repair was successful and he has renewed my further visits to this Honda service center.
