I went for a oil change and tire rotate with a coupon and was only aloud to use one. I waited 2 in half hours did not hear anything about my car so I went to him and he said they just sent him a video on the vehicle after the video my car service end up to be over 500.00 dollars when I went for a oil change for 40.00 and a tire rotate.It just was not what I expected I had the work done anyway.

Your AI answering service is not user friendly. My service tech was absent and it kept telling me he would call me back. It wasn’t his fault but AI needs to adjust if someone is not at work, and contact a manager or an actual person.
