After service, oily handprints were left on the hood, front fender and door.
Residual oil was left all over the under-carriage/chassis which the left and oil puddle on my garage.
I had to return my vehicle to remedy these issues.
My vehicle is serviced regular. I put time, effort and funds into maintaining my vehicle safe and nice.
Gardena Honda should be embarrassed and ashamed a vehicle left the service area in such condition

Terrible customer service. I was there and no one greeted me or acknowledge that I was there. I had to go to the front desk and thats when Nelson told me he saw me but was busy. Saw me but couldn't acknowledge me that I was waiting.
