Overall, I was not completely satisfied with today’s customer service experience. I arrived about 15 minutes late to my appointment this morning, which I understand may have affected the process slightly, but I still felt the level of communication and service I received was below what I’ve experienced during previous visits.
Normally, when I come in for service, I work with Art as my consultant, and he has always been very thorough in explaining everything related to my vehicle. Today, I was assigned to a different service advisor. The gentleman who assisted me was not rude or unprofessional, but I felt he did not provide the same level of detailed information and customer care I’ve received in the past.
Typically, I am given a printed inspection report showing the condition of my vehicle, including the battery, brakes, tire tread, and other service recommendations. This time, I only received an email mentioning that my tires needed attention, and that was essentially all that was discussed. I was never provided with the full inspection checklist or a hard copy of the report, which was disappointing because I rely on that information to better understand the condition of my car.
In addition, I never received a phone call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I did receive a text message directing me to review the service report, but it did not clearly indicate that my car was completed and ready. I ultimately had to walk to the front desk myself to find out that the vehicle was done and to ask additional questions about the recommended tire service.
Overall, today’s experience did not meet the level of communication and customer service I’ve come to expect, and I left feeling fairly disappointed.

Dealership are trained to tell customers we couldn't find anything wrong with your vehicle I believe in 2023 when I initially bought the car I was taken advantage of by Honda pushing a brand new lemon car on me I believe that the show car for 2024 Honda already knew that those were problematic cars and when I came along with $20,000 down I bit the bait I didn't see it coming all I know is that Im still having issues with the car that you diagnose seem to cant never find the $450 a month car note was not worth it under new management with the same game as the old management awful.
