4 hours for an oil change. It’s crazy. I got tricked into paying in advance for oil change so I’m stuck going to get an oil changed at Gardena Honda but every time it’s 2-3 hours but 4 hours it’s just too much. Not interested in getting a phone call to try to make me change my mind

I had an 8:00am appointment for an oil change and waited in the arrival line to be checked in for 40 minutes. Then, I waited for 3 hours for an oil and filter change. It doesn’t make any sense for me to wait in line when I took the time to schedule an appointment. There needs to be an appointment line to acknowledge us and be prepared to work on our cars at that time.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Valerie. I did not receive proactive updates regarding the status of my vehicle and had to repeatedly attempt to reach Valerie without receiving responses or timely call-backs. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready in approximately two days; however, it ultimately took around six days to be completed. The delay was attributed to missing or unprepared documentation, which should have been handled at the start of the process. This lack of communication and organization caused unnecessary inconvenience and extended the time I was without my vehicle. I expected more consistent communication and better coordination throughout the repair process.
