understand that I went at 4:40, but I did not see the advisor that was helping with my car. I didn’t get to know if there was anything my car needed or required attention in a timely manner. I didn’t receive any calls either so I’ll guessing everything was ok, but I’m not sure because the advisor was not around. When I went to the paying counter they asked for my paperwork but because he wasn’t there, the kind girl had to look for it herself. I was not satisfied with the service at all.
