William was great, no problem with him at all. However, the scheduled main took about 2 hours more than expected. Which happens, I get that. But everyone working there doesn’t seem to care that the customers want to get their vehicles and get home. They all are just walking slowly, talking to colleagues, like there isn’t a care in the world. And the customers are stuck wasting their time waiting. Even when the guy finally brought my car out, he stopped on the way to talk to a salesman , right in front of me, while I was waiting. Completely unacceptable!! Please train your staff to value your customers, and even if there are delays, to try harder to get customers out as soon as possible!!!
