While I appreciate the quality of Toyota vehicles, I am disappointed by the high cost of even relatively simple repairs. These expenses can be especially difficult for senior citizens on fixed incomes. Toyota should recognize and reward its loyal, repeat customers by offering more affordable service options or discounts. Reliable transportation is essential, but it should not come at the expense of being able to afford other basic necessities.
I would also like to commend the service advisor. He was knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused throughout the process. He did everything he could with the resources available to him, kept me informed every step of the way, and provided excellent customer service. My concern is with the cost of repairs, not the quality of service I received.

When I came to pick up my vehicle after service, the left front hub cap was on my dash board and the driver couldn’t even recognize it was a vehicle part. They also did not return my tire lug lock key back and had to retrieve it from the technician. Finally, I had an oil change and the maintenance light was not reset. I’m not sure why there were so many problems after 2 hours of waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. They should address these oversights. There were too many to be satisfied with the service.
