I went in for an simple oil change at 7:20 and it took 6 hours for them to give me my vehicle back. I had to ask the employees why it was taking forever. They went to check and didn’t give me an explanation they just said it will be out. If I didn’t ask who knows when they would have called me for my vehicle.
