John Agahan's service was very good.
However, on the day my new car was delivered, an airbag error message pop up at same day, and it took five days to repair. Whilst I am grateful that they carries out the repairs, when I pick up the car, I noticed it was covered in dirt, suggesting it had been left out in the rain.
I am extremely disappointed that, despite having purchased a brand-new car, it was returned to me in a dirty condition like rain dots without even having been washed. Has the service team not been informed by your sales department that a new car has been delivered?

I came in for the 5k maintenance on my new car. Prior the appointment i can’t listen to radio ONLY except the engine is on which is not helpful to environment. I expressed this to the staff who behaved as if I was not speaking English. Response was snapping woke they are 2 feet’s away from the car. I was so taken back that I retuned to sale to look for the gentleman that sold the car to me. He was respectful and apologized. After the service, I tried listening to radio again after everything else turned off with same issue.
