I was told the service would take about 1 to 1½ hours, but I ended up waiting nearly 3 hours, even though I had an early appointment. On top of that, I was charged significantly more than I have paid for the same minor service in the past. The overall cost was much higher than I expected, which made the experience even more disappointing.

I was waiting for my truck over 2 1/2 . I had to go find my advisor William and I noticed he was with a customer in his office so I didn't want to interrupt and wait about 30 minutes for him to finish with that customer. When I walk in to his office I noticed 3 files of cars that had already been serviced including mines. So that means I waited 30 plus the amount of time my file was sitting in William office when my car was already done long time ago. Please don't let your customer wait till the advisor finds time to turn in those files to the system to be call that your car is ready. No wonder we wait for ever for out vehicles. I've been going to this dealership sin i bought my truck in 2017.
