My regular advisor seem to reach me. John Agahan was on vacation and Edqard Gome assisted me. We had problems with communication as none of his messages nor calls came theough. I called and left message and finally conmected on last call at 2:30z my car was ready aince 12:30 (i jad dropped off for 9:30 appointment l). The onky thing done was just the checklist even though it was my last service calll and i expected a final oil
change. Also i complained about order on a/c and he aaid cabin air filter would be $125 and not covered. Somehow i feel
Like i would have received better service from
john if he had been there. I didnt feel
Like i was given the beat service like i usually get when John ia there.
