Previously, I had disappointing service experiences, but so far, I am very satisfied with the Mountain View Service Center. Noah took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me well-informed throughout the process. Because I needed to take my children to school and activities, a rental car was necessary and it was ready for me without any issues. Unlike my past experiences, I did not go days without updates or notice. Noah was efficient, communicative, and very pleasant to work with.
