I’m disappointed with my recent service experience with Noah. I was given a 4 PM pickup time, but when I arrived the car had not even been washed yet, which caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. He kept saying that the service update took 3 hrs, but didn't he know that behorehand?
Additionally, when I requested replacement of the wheel valve caps—a very minor item—the response was reluctant and dismissive. Small details like these contribute significantly to the overall customer experience.
What was most concerning, however, was the tone of the interaction. The communication felt rude and unnecessarily argumentative, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Given this experience, I would prefer not to work with Noah again.

With anything high quality, it can sometimes take time and patience. My issue was user ignorance and didn’t fortunately
require any software updates or hassle. Noah went the extra mile by demonstrating the functionality and enlightening me a cool self park function that I was also ignorant of!! While I didn’t expect the issue to take a day or two it’s all good…I think this Genesis shop is all about getting it right the first time and that sometimes takes time and patience. So if you have an issue thats more ‘bell and whistle’ call ahead and be informed. Noah was exceptional and this quality extends to the skilled technicians. They washed my GV70EV too! Well done lads!!!
