Remembers my family, knows what we want to do for that service and confirms it with me. Consults with me if/when other services pop up. He is someone I trust with my car and my money. I arranged the service in advance saying I needed wiper blades front and back you also knew that the vehicle was a Lexus when I arrived you didn’t have the filter or the blades in stock so the service was delayed and took almost 3 hours for a regular oil change!!!
