Took 5 minutes after pulling in for service rep to check in my car. Then just way too long of a wait for service (3 1/2 hours when told maybe 2 hours) and no communication about delay. Also saw my car was ready and had to find service rep to finally get it and checkout. Hoping it was a one time situation. No need to contact me - I’ve let you know the problem.

They said that we have a recall for the vehicle, and for the last six months, they have been saying that they don't have parts for it. I am very disappointed with that. I think the government has to stop Hyundai from manufacturing new vehicles because if they aren't able to fix old vehicle recalls, then there is no need to produce new vehicles.
