Michael presented me with the things that needed to be done, gave me time to look it over and check with a family member. Did not feel pressured, he answered my questions. I feel I was giving time to make an informed decision.

Service was prompt. I was informed of additional services I might need via a video. I was able to selected what services I wanted via text. Everything went very smoothly. And I am quite satisfied with Michael and the service I received.

Courtesy at all times

I was told that it would only take about 15 minutes to install the part on my door that was separate by your car wash but had to wait over 1.5 hours for them to do the same inspection on my vehicle that they have done about 5 time in the last 6 weeks or so. Not sure I understand why it is necessary for an inspection to be done. I would have preferred they asked me if I wanted it completed each time.

When I first got there, I was a little upset and I told michael, this place is the hardest place.I've ever had trouble making an appointment for an oil change.He explained to me, you have a new phone system.And gave me his number direct.Hopefully, I won't have that problem anymore

Thank you for always taking care of my car needs. I purchased my car at Horne Hyundai & keep returning for maintenance as the customer service has always been exceptional & the service department have always been excellent to me & my vehicles needs.

When I got home, I realized my front license plate was bent outward from left side

Michael was very pleasant to deal with. Very up front and knowledgeable.

Our service advisor, Colby Carlson went above and beyond trying to satisfy my wife and I when we came to pick up her car after we were instructed it was ready. However, when we got in the car where it was parked nearby after it was complete with the technicians, we had several issues. I first tried to open the rear hatch but it wouldn’t open. We sat down in the car preparing to leave, but the car wouldn’t start. This is the third time the car / battery was dead. The car was towed to the dealership where the battery has been changed 3 times. This time makes it the 4th time with a dead battery. My cost was time and gratuity for the tow driver. I solicited Colby’s assistance who came to the car and verified the dead battery. He immediately retrieved a battery cart and jumped the battery. He returned to his office but soon afterward, my wife noticed the same fault, shift malfunction, requires immediate service. I again solicited Colby for his assistance and verify 5he fault. The car would not go into drive. Colby was quite apologetic and felt our frustration as well. He immediately put us back into the dealership car and we departed. The original “fix” took two weeks to get the part and “complete”. No idea about this time to complete. All and all, Colby tried his best to make our situation as painless as possible.

Fantastic work! I was in and out inside of an hour!

My auto lights were disabled and I drive at night with them off. They are only disabled when my car is serviced. I had a couple of close calls.
