This process too way too long. Currently my car has been in thr shop for 80 days. Staff with the advice of Tecline could not figure out the problem. Then when the car was "fixed", I recieved a bill for over $600 for draining the fuel tank. This warranty work should have included this! I was only asked for approval to pay for the 5 gallons of gas added to the tank. That is all we gave approval for. Worst experience I've ever been through. If I could rate this, it would be a negative number.

I left my vehicle there with a half tank of fuel, came back to pick it up and my vehicle only had a quarter tank. Mind you, I topped off loaner car tank to the tune of $12.00, but I wasn’t compensated for the fuel that magically disappeared during the time my car was entrusted to your care. Have photos to back up my claim. My apt was also affected, was definitely lower then when I left my vehicle there.
