I approved an online quote for $880. When I came to pick up my car the total was around $1100. The extra charges were: $100 diagnostic charge (I was told when I dropped my car off if I proceeded with repair I would not be charged this $100. 2-$50 service shop fee (dishonest mark up). 3- tax (nothing in your online quote says it is before tax. In fact it says “total authorized amount”, which implies after tax). Completely misleading. Will never be back for service again.

We brought the car in for a recall. We were told Parts were on hand before scheduling the appointment only to find out that parts were not on and after the appointment. We have to reschedule the appointment for when the parts arrive. Also, the technician did an inspection and recommended $1900 worth of repairs for items that are inspections in the owners manual. The technician pulled out the cabin and engine air filter to show how dirty they were and place them on top of the plastics in the engine bay and didn’t clean up the dirt and debris that fell onto the engine bay plastics. Also was told the car would be washed, and the car was not washed. The horn dealerships are failing one by one by not having mechanics, clean up after themselves and explaining the warranty process before the appointment.
