Would have preferred a brand new battery as opposed to getting another tow or jump to get the car into the dealership again. Hopefully l, at 68 percent it won’t fail again in the next 9 months. Could’ve given me the warranty credit at least.
Nobody washed the car because I was told it probably wouldn’t look as good as it did when I brought it in. (Hadnt’t driven it in a few months and washed it myself before I put it in the garage.
Was happy to learn how to shut off the collision warning light, although I did not know until I left that this would cause the orange collision warninf light to stay on until it was selected again.
Nice people there. Just seems like nickel and diming included services for a brand new vehicle purchase.

In addition to my comments just submitted the person who checked us in had treatable CS Skills. When I informed him about an issue with the breaking system while the adaptive cruise control was engaged and on a steep down hill decent he stated they would not be able to recreate the issue. I see this as a big safety issue and he just blew it off. He did note it but stated since they would have to drive 45 minutes to reach and hills they would not really be able to address the issue.
