I went through Toyota app to arrange service. No problem. They suggested to have recall on truck taken care of. When time reached 3 hours, asked service rep estimate on time remaining. He made a call and told someone vehicle was logged in at 7:21 am. Estimated time to finish lest then hour. After 1.5 hours later mechanic entered service associate office and was terse with service associate. He left and associate called me in. Informed me for future visits not to schedule service work on Saturday. I was told recall could be taken care of during visit. Not a real impressing visit. I just hope 10,000 mile service completed.

This gentleman took me from having a Very Bad Day to It's Not As Bad As You Think! From getting AAA to jump my car at 7:45, to OReillys diagnostic saying crankshaft sensor and get it fixed soon (when I had a million things on my plate) to being told the price of the diagnostic, (eek! Come down on that price Toyota, the Pandemic, Global Inflation, Politics, and So-Called War shouldn't make it that expensive), to in and out in RECORD time on a FRIDAY at that! I couldn't be happier with his service! He was calm, hopeful, on point, and (before we knew the problem), listed possible solutions to my pending hunger issues when lunchtime arrives. He answered every question, even the ones I didn't know I had!
Look, I've been coming to your dealership for years, with my Rav, my daughter's Rav, and my son's Tacoma. Mr Anbar has given me the best service that l've ever received there. Kudos and accolades to him. He will definitely be the one we ask for from now on. Don't lose him, as it would definitely be a loss for your dealership!
