I went to Discount Tire bcuz they provided the tires I have on the car & charged me &99.00 just to do the back tires for alignment then suggested a mechanic down the street. I told him No Toyota & Tire Discount only works on this car.
This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of working with Paul Smith an AMAZING technician. He even gives me proof Plus pics from his phone that He is Really
ON it with the Mechanical Engineering Team, AWESOME Guy ????????????.
Not only that but he showed & proved to me how the other place gave a false report to me & of course he trashed it and I didn’t blame him. If y’all,(yeah), from Texas can match Discount Tires prices when I need them then I ONLY have to get my car serviced at TOYOTA at MURFREESBORO!!! I drive my car to & from work, and to appointment’s which are local. I can fill my tank of gas for 1 yeah JUST 1 month b4 I have to fill again.
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PERFECT SERVICE THAT TOYOTA HAS DONE FOR Me a& My Vehicle.
Oh I forgot to mention, he also Noted I had NO break lights working, ALL I had to tell him, “Fix it,”!!!!

The notice for “scheduled maintenance is needed soon” or whatever that alert is still shows up every time I start my vehicle. Additionally, not everything was put back in the glove box and was in about five locations inside the vehicle.

Was told that they might not get to me after I showed up early for my appointment. Then they kept me waiting over two hours to ‘diagnose’ what I already told them was wrong - driver’s door isn’t opening (actuator needs replacing). Had to order the part for a known, common issue with 2018 Camry. Should have parts on hand and since it’s a known issue, shouldn’t be charging me over $800 to fix it at my next appointment. Very dissatisfied with the level of care and efficiency. Should not require 2 visits and several hours for something that should be free.
