Brought my 2026 Grand Highlander (which I bought from your dealership) in to have a catalytic converter replaced under warranty. Told I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle. Then was told the car would be ready by 5pm. Finally got my car back at 6:45. Never received an explanation of the problem or the repair. Not good communications.

Chris Popin set up my service and was extremely helpful with what I needed to have done. I always appreciate great customer service as I hate to have my car serviced; the time, the money, the inconvenience, but I always get great service at Toyota of Murfreesboro. They are thorough and they let you know what needs your attention urgently and what can wait a little while. I feel that they are honest and do great work and I usually wait on my vehicle so they try to get it done within my time frame.
The place always appears to be extremely clean and the people are always friendly. If I have to have my car serviced I prefer Toyota of Murfreesboro. Thanks Chris!
