I saw my car sitting for over 45 minutes and the advisory came to me and said they were still turning my rotors and it would be a while longer. I asked why my car was sitting outside if they were turning my rotors and he did not realize it had been sitting outside the business and was done. Communication seems to be an issue.

My windshield issue existed when I bought the vehicle and split when I was going through a car wash. The service dept made the assumption it was cracked related to a rock? I had a glass company look at it when repairing a true chip from a rock and they told me there was nothing to repair. Truly a factory defect that I paid for on top of the purchase price of a 2026 Tundra. No way to prove it so I accepted paying for it, but am I satisfied. No.

I let my advisor know that the light indicating an exterior light was out. She told me that light just indicated my head lights were on.I asked her to have so my lights checked multiple times. She said they were checked. My front right headlight is out, as suspected.
