The service was fast for an oil change & tire rotation and the service writer did a good job. However - - - I bought the tires there - from Nikki - and think it’s cheap to not get a balance, too, after spending $800???? bucks for the tires.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 p.m. to have my trucks’ routine maintenance done (oil change and tire rotation). The service rep said it would be about one and a half hour wait. I saw they were busy so that wasn’t an issue. It ended up being a three hour wait instead. I got to my appointment at 2:50 and left at 5:50. Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation is bizarre. What’s the point of making an appointment to have timely service done if it’s not being prioritized. There was no communication about the service taking longer than planned either, just watched time and my evening tick by. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for maintenance after this experience.

Every time I come in for a service I hear something different on intervals for required service to maintain the warranty. Today I was told I needed an engine air filter for a truck with 25k miles but it was due to it being three years old not due to miles. The engine air filter little looks new. Come on Toyota you can do better.

The service was great and I trust the work done. My only complaint is that it took 5 hours. I know Saturdays are busy and appointments should help with that but it just seemed like a long time when it was originally quoted as 2 to 2 1/2 hours for service and the recall.

You don’t have to call me. The only issue is the wait time. I waited 90 minutes for an oil change. It’s hard to justify that when you make an appointment. It happens every time I schedule service. I have the service plan but once that expires I don’t plan on renewing it because of the wait times.
