Way to long of a wait. Took 10 to 15 min for someone to speak to me. Then told it would be a min 2 hr wait to get ac freon. check. So I said no to that. Then it still took 1hr 50 minutes just to rotate tires and do a visual inspection! I asked for a service
A service to me means oll change what a total waste of time and vacation hrs. I really think
This experience has convinced me not to purchase my wife's vehicle from this location. And i was looking. I know that probably doesn't matter to y'all, but if enough people feel the way I did today, it will start to affect you. Then, the service manager seemed like he really didn't give a damn. That was the icing on the cake.

No!!! Marie did her job but the service department scratched my door in three places!! Now I’m going to have to see what they are willing to do to fix the problem! I want to speak to the OWNER of the Murfreesboro Toyota!, not the manager. This is the second time they have screwed up my truck!
