Matthew Alexander is the bright light of the Service Department at Toyota of Murfreesboro. Every other Service advisor I have dealt with causing me more headaches and more trips back to the Service department than is needed. On Wednesday June 3rd my wife's 2019 camry had a nail in the back left tire. These tires were purchased from Toyota of murfreesboro with less than 2500 miles on them. Service advisor Neil advised me that it would be fixed under the 2 year road hazard. However it was within 1.5 inches from the sidewall, a concern I brought up to him. Shortly after he brought out the vehicle and said "you're all set". Only the tire continued to leak. I later noticed a plug had been put in the tire 1.5 inches from the sidewall. Friday June 5th my wife had to bring it back. Thank God Matthew the Lane Manager was there. He informed her the tire should've been replaced and they don't plug tires like that. He always takes care of us, but the whole situation seems like it could've been avoided by fixing it right the first time. Whatever you do, don't let Matthew Alexander go. He is a shining jewel within your Service department.
