I had a really good experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from check-in to pickup. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Lorenzo is not a person who id advocate for customer service. When I came in the service area. I was the one to greet him with a good morning, which wasn't reciprocated. After I expressed that I spoke to another associate almost 2 weeks prior about a rental car, his response was in a "I dont have time for this" and responded with, I dont get a rental because I was scheduled for a service. Seeing that his service was beyond abysmal, I asked for the service manager and that manager was able to square me away. I'd prefer to never be assisted by Lorenzo as long as im an owner of a KIA or any other product for that matter.
