They LIED saying I refused services we never discussed. 8 came in for a Service, yet the Service light is still on. They were supposed to return my call and they did Not. I am very Upset.

I see where it's documented and I was charged for bulb replacement but I left with the same lights displayed as when I arrived. The low beam indicator was not on but because I didn't see the Display on my dashboard I assumed... there was an issue. Yes it was the switch on my turn signal was in the Off position... Well an expensive lesson I am still learning about features on my 2018 KIA..
