Lorenzo was completely fine. He did the best he could with the resources he had. The issue is with the lack of knowledge and understanding of the situation in the service techs and management. This issue should have stood out to be a major safety issue from the first incident. A engineer who knows the vehicle better than anyone should have been scheduled immediately. The fact that this was an on going issue for over 3 weeks and nothing was really done about it was a problem. Another issue is the fact that when scheduling the engineer to visit, they’re not able to come for another 3 weeks. For most people a simple rental would suffice. For me, this vehicle is how I am able to gain access for my disability accommodation and parking to my work area. A few days without my vehicle is manageable. 1.5 months without it is unacceptable time to get this vehicle fixed.

I do not like the new sign in process. Instead of walking in to meet directly with the advisor, I had to stand outside in the heat while a man took me to a stand, to ask questions, and then took my keys to the car to get the mileage and do a walk around checking for damage. This extra step, in my opinion is a waste of my time, since I then had to go to the counter anyway. Also, ever since I made the appointment, I have been constantly contacted about selling my car (by text, email and phone) I said no so many times I was sick of it. This is why I stopped coming to Kia before and just started going to quick change services. Kia is an awesome brand of which I have purchased many times but a customer should not be harassed.
