The customer service at kia country of savannah was phenomenal. We were going through a very difficult and stressful circumstance and Imani went out of her way to help us stay on top of the work we needed done on our car. She was considerate and thoughtful and we left this experience sincerely feeling taken care of.

Salesman lied to me at purchase of vehicle and said we get a free oil change and a free fill up , got 20 dollars in gas, and paid $85 dollars for oil change his name was Duval people will say and do anything to make a sale I will not be referring nobody to Kia . That is not good service and for the service department yall did y’all’s job not on yall , just false advertising to line the salesman pocket . Thanks for changing my wife’s oil . But we will not be back there . GOOD DAY enough said

I was not told over phone that oil change was due at 6000 when I told her my car had 5300. By the time of my appointment it was at 5600 so I wanted to get everything done. I feel like I had trouble communicating, even at the dealership. The amount of time I was told it would take was accurate. Plus I don't like that service appointments are not free for customers, even for the 1st year.

While I had to wait longer than I wanted for parts to be delivered, Lorenzo kept me updated and eventually the back ordered part came and the car repair was completed. The car drives well and I am confident that I can drive it safely.

When I got home and opened the trunk I found the skid panels that go underneath the engine. Ed did a good job but the mechanics dropped the ball. I need someone from your company to call me and let me know when I can bring my car back in!!
