I love that they tried to fix the problem immediately. As a customer this is my third time the car has been in the shop since I purchased in February. I do not feel I can go out of town with this vehicle. I don't feel like it reliable. I had to keep taking it back. I am scared to drive the car. I was given no information the day of my purchase about the car. It was a bad experience buying my third car. The service staff was very nice and patient through the process. I have no complaints with them.

The under cover shield was not attached to car. Didn't know car was done until I called to check on it 6/9/2026. Not knowing car was done same or next day. Engine light still on. Could have checked to see why. I was told they will check car put on scan to fix what was needed. Other than these minor complaints, ending g service was great. Took payment in professional manner. Ed Harvey said to co.e back Thursday morning 6/11/2026 and he will put shield back on underneath car around 8:30, being that no one was available at the time of pick up. Needed more communication on car being done. But overall Ed Harvey did a good job

I did not receive the fuel additive, and despite my request for Kia-recommended maintenance, it was not performed. Furthermore, the accompanying documentation indicates that I declined the bundled service interval maintenance.

The service was great and the man who helped me was also great, but your appointment process needs help. When I call to make an appointment, there’s no answer, and when I make an appointment online- I’m told that the online system doesn’t not work, so even though I made an appointment, I had no appointment. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a service appointment.

I appreciate the care that the mechanic and Ms Stewart took with my situation I just purchased the new car and I wanted to make sure that I really got my money's worth so I took it to who manufactured the vehicle my vehicle runs like a new car.Imani was passed understanding I was going to situations where I needed my car and I had emergency situation with my grandkids and my daughters she was very understanding and communicated every time I call or text never one day I did not know anything I had an answer back I really appreciate her and the service I got I really would suggest a promotion because you cannot get quality customer service despite people attitudes and everything I really appreciate the communication and her understanding and not just saying it just to make a customer be quiet when she understood she understood.
