Shelby was great. All was good except in the waiting area there was two televisions playing and music over the intercom. All with the sound turned up. For me it was a lot of audio stress. The televisions were on different channels.

He lkept me posted a few times when my car was being serviced on difference occasions. I always have a great expletive with Suntrup Nissan, from the service desk to to the cashiers. Oil change price seemed high for a customer who has bought two vehicles (one new, the other only a year old) from Suntrup... seems like you might consider perks for those of us who are multiple vehicle purchasers. And the technician kind of kicked the can down the road in "evaluating" the problem with the slow fuel gauge response and failure to update 'distance to empty' because of it, on my Titan. The vehicle has had five thousand miles and a few months to get accustomed to my driving. That's not the issue. The issue is a glitchy fuel sending unit.
