Unfortunately, this is the second time this location has wasted both my time and my money. A few months ago, I was told my car would be ready the same day around 5 PM. When I came at 5. I waited until 8 PM, only to be told the vehicle was not finished and would be ready the next day. This most recent visit was even more frustrating. I came in for a simple oil change, yet my vehicle was there for nearly 8 hours and still was not ready. I was initially told it would be completed between 4:30 to 5:00 PM. At 4:01 PM, I received a text saying it would be ready around 6 PM. When I arrived at 6 PM, the receptionist informed me that my car had not even been touched. Taking an entire day for a basic oil change with no transparency or accurate updates is unacceptable. Valvoline is a far better option and completes the same service quickly and honestly, which makes this experience even more disappointing. You can also see my review for additional details. Because of these repeated experiences, you have not only lost me as a customer, but also my family members, and I have advised friends not to visit this location.

The quote was lower than the final price we were charged. I was quoted between $240-$260 and it was over $300. The tire valve stem was missing a cap on the new tire and the wheel was dirty- my husband brought the car home and washed it in our garage. My husband had to ask for a cap. The car was not washed. A huge disappointment. We bought 3, yes 3 new Nissans within 2 weeks. I expected more. Robin L

Shelby was perfect and provided great service. However, this is the second time a scheduled oil change and tire rotation has taken almost two hours, which is frustrating for an appointment that should be fairly routine.

I don't appreciate Shelby Beeson lying directly to my face and then having attitude like im in the wrong. My vehicle should have been done by 6:30 at the latest last night. People have jobs and responsibilities. Just because it's a drop off doesn't mean I don't need my car back ASAP. I have clients that need my support. I have responsibilities. If you knew that it would be awhile before it was done you should of told me. I thought for sure my vehicle would be ready for pick up for sure as it was like 6 service hours later or something like that. Absolutely wild. The following is what I messaged to one of the salesman that sold me my vehicle there. Hey man I literally try to avoid **** like this at all possible but when it screws with my personal life and my work somebody has to face some kind of consequences. As you can see im super pissed off. I dropped my car off last night at 4:30 for an oil change. I was not told any specific time that it would be ready I assumed it would be ready in an hour or 2 like most oil changes. There was also no cars in the service area when I dropped mine off. I took an Uber up there today around 10:30 so I could go see my first client of the day and somehow my car was not done yet and they said it was because it was a drop off??? A manager came out and spewed some **** about because it was a drop off they didn't think they needed to work on it right away. Then the girl Shelby who checked me in and took my keys said that she told me it would be done by noon the next day and that was a complete **** lie, she lied directly to my face and tried to make me feel like I was full of ****. Then with an attitude she said sometimes that's how it goes when it's backed up and busy. She didn't ask me if I needed it picked up at a certain time she didn't do anything but just take my keys. Man that's like at least 5 hours of service time that they are not working on my vehicle. It was just an oil change too!!!. Then when I get there they start working on it. I'm late to a client appointment and my boss is going to be pissed and probably put me on a discipline plan or worse. I've never experienced that kind of service before anywhere in my life. The fact that she had an attitude about it made me even more pissed off. They said I should of told them by what time I needed to pick it up and I call **** on that. It should have been done at 5:30 pm. I want to file some kind of complaint officially. That girl Shelby lied directly in my face and had an attitude. That's so unbelievably unprofessional. I want to talk to whoever I need to talk to. The manager of the service bay was spewing **** too me as well.
