My videos on this visit I was unable to view and this is the 2nd time I see my appointment for first in the day and both times I had to call to find out what was going on and was told it was a drop off. I said no I specifically asked for morning when I scheduled and was told that it would be done and I drop off the night before so it is there first thing as a convenience. Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with in person are great.

They called Me 20 minutes before closing and said my car was ready for pick up, so I told her I was on my way before they closed , when I got there they didn’t have my car ready. It was all the way in the back without even being ran in car wash after it was very obvious it was dirty and could use a free wash since you offer it for free at your facility , I would not be saying any of this but when i arrived i walked in to get my keys from the service desk my technician was standing their talking and didn’t get my car so i had to walk back by the car wash to get my car my self, this is not the service I expected to have. After spending this much money with you guys

THIS TOOK SO LONG BECAUSE IT'S DIFFICULT BUT NECESSARY TO REPORT.
I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent service experience for my 2021 Murano that has caused me to lose all confidence in this dealership.
After picking up my vehicle from service, it failed to start the following morning. Roadside assistance determined the battery was weak. Although I had purchased a battery from Rural King in October 2025 that was still under warranty, my husband was denied an exchange because the battery currently in the vehicle had a Nissan sticker on it. This confirms that the battery I had when I dropped my vehicle off was replaced with a different one before it was returned to me.
On January 16, 2026, I brought my receipts to the dealership to provide proof of this discrepancy. The service manager consulted his supervisor, Scott Kostecki, whose handling of the situation was entirely unprofessional. Mr. Kostecki downplayed my concerns, refused to review my paperwork, and repeatedly insinuated that someone else had been under the hood of my car, despite the fact that I always bring my vehicle to this location for maintenance.
When I informed Mr. Kostecki that I was ending the conversation due to his frustrating behavior, he yelled "Have a nice day!" in a comical, mocking voice as I walked away. His flippant and obnoxious attitude is a poor example of leadership and was deeply offensive.
I can no longer in good conscience refer anyone to this location. I hope this matter is addressed, as this lackluster leadership is unacceptable.

My only issue is I personally asked for a quote of what my cost would be for the new parts that were recommended for my vehicle and I was told the absolute highest it would be $550. I was told that was a high quote just to be safe by chances are it would be less and when I got the total it more. It wasn’t much more but I am a business owner and if I quote a price I honor the price I quoted.
