This was one of the most professional places I’ve taken a car. They were kind, courteous, and did not overcharge for what they did. I’m always hesitant going to a dealer for oil changes or anything to do with a vehicle, but these guys went above and beyond. I think Rick was the fellow that helped me and he was really great. I’m glad my little 2007 Volkswagen beetle got all high marks as far as what it needed.

I think I submitted this but there was a delay so trying again. Jeremy was very polite and helpful. He kept me informed, answered my questions and opened the hood to show me how to check the coolant and what coolant to use. Jeremy has helped me before and I’m always pleased with his service.

Completely satisfied except for the checkout process. It needs to be more convenient and faster. It takes too long at the cashier window. I should be able to pay online. And it's 2025, please dont charge 2% to use a credit or debit card. People don't use cash or write checks any more so you need to modernize.

We bought a car 2024 the air did not work when we test drove it.I believe all the service department did was add freon and not fix the leak so the sale could be made.Less than a month goes by and the a/c is not working.Rick accused us of adding freon and said it was overfilled and the problem was a pressure sensor.My question is how was it overfilled when your shop found two leaks and replaced two lines.We buy newer cars so we don't have to work on them.Kinda disappointed,my daughter picked up the car this morning.
