Very bad service today. . You can forget to install the glove compartment back to my car which is the item on the service order and I paid for it. This is the first time I used your service and I’m afraid and will never go back for your service.

I left satisfied, just not COMPLETELY satisfied as the question asked. Reason, I almost left the facility and my tires properly rotated as requested. Fortunately, this customer labeled his tires and was able to audit the work. This vehicle has a spare tire, however, the tire pressure was not inflated at all. Although all was resolved, spare inflated, tires swapped, I spent extra time to dispute, plus the time for the correction. Now, if there was a scale of 1 to 5, I’d give a 4 for todays visit. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t awesome either. Unfortunately, you have a yes/no question. Have a good evening.

Understaffed in service department with unreasonable wait times, while there are at least 15 workers in the front of the dealer entrance (all men) having drinks, laughing, chatting, maybe tailgating? Not a good look for what should be a professional setting. Also, provide some coffee, or candy perhaps while clients are waiting for hours. Definitely will not come back nor recommend to family and friends. Such a shame! I hope it gets better for your future customers.

On Saturday I came in for general service and asked about a tire repair. At the quoted 2 hour mark, I received a notification that the technician was going to lunch and my wait would be at least another hour. After a third hour I went to ask for an update on my car and found out that there was a second nail in the tire. By this point a replacement tire was needed and a request had to be made. Short of the fifth hour, I was able to drive off on my spare tire leaving the damaged tire behind to get replaced once approved. I called in Tuesday to see if it was approved and was told I'd receive a call once it was. On Thursday I received a call it was finally approved and replaced. Toyota warranty approval requests are unnecessary painful to the consumer.
