I let the dealership know my father was going to take the truck for the service and they said it was fine. When my father arrived to the service appointment he was told that I did not have the service plan and that I would have to pay an additional fee. My father was there when I purchased the truck so he was aware that I did include that plan when purchasing the truck. My father let them know I did purchase it and the receptionist kept insisting that the truck service was not covered. After going back and forth she finally checked again and of course the truck was covered. He left the truck to be serviced and he received a text message that the vehicle was ready but once he got to the dealership he was told it was not ready and to return until Monday. Thankfully a salesman that was part of the purchase process when I bought the car stepped up and assisted my father. They then said my vehicle was ready. It did not make sense to me how it was ready, then it wasn’t, then it was. Overall my father and I were very frustrated because it was not a smooth process. It was very stressful to be going back and forth about the truck service being covered and then later being told it was ready when it wasn’t.

Please have the parts department mention that there is a cost for service. When I asked about the cost for a replacement key, they told me to schedule with service. Gordon was good to assist me with this but it would have been helpful to remind me of the what is seemingly obvious (and greatly increased the cost).
