Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my transaction. I missed a full days worth of work due to a mandatory recall notice on my vehicle and I had to wait almost a seven hours for my vehicle to arrive back. When my vehicle shows up it comes with a glaring red scratch on the driver’s door. The Manager John was helpful but the issue shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The gentleman who was checking me in was extremely friendly and nice- but while I was waiting I could see that he was all by himself and working so hard. He was still the only one there when I returned 3.5 hours later and looked very stressed. There were tons of other employees just standing around, chatting about life- it would be better to staff the service department a little more and the sales department less. The sales guys were just standing around while the service department was swamped. I am not complaining or trying to get anyone in trouble - I just have a business too so as a fellow business owner just wanted to bring this to the attention of ownership and management. I usually go somewhere farther away with better customer amenities (free coffee and complimentary Uber rides home) but this dealership is closer to where I live so I will definitely come again. I came back after 3.5 hours to see if my car was ready- and it was- so where was my call or text? Understaffed service dept. Overstaffed sales floor.
