The prices have increased yet you remove courtesy shuttle and car wash aswell. Quit the bs and give back to the customer.

My representative was great! I don’t know if you have a new policy when it comes to recommendations for servicing vehicles. It was noted that my car needed a service. If this recommendation was told to me by a phone call or text I would have made a decision to have it done or not then and there. Not when I picked up my car when I was ready to leave. Now it appears I need to make another appointment to bring my car in which takes another day of my time.

I came in for a regular checkup and I let Ramon know that the air filters were changed several months ago, and since then there has been a funky smell when I have the air flow turned on. He let me know that they could check it out and flush the AC vent system, but he failed to mention the price. When the cashier called him over he insisted that he had mentioned it but I am pretty sure that he did not.
I don’t like the fact that I have to pay for an issue that occurred 3 months after a supposed air filter change. It makes me question if they really changed the filters or just blew out the dust and placed the same ones back.
I am not sure if me or my family want to continue bringing our vehicles here.

Unfortunately, I needed to return the following day to have the brakes adjusted. It was a little inconvenient for me, but it was resolved. I hope it was an isolated incident. Not something that is going to reoccur.
