Emilo I always great excellent customer service. The only thing I dislike was that i had to take my car inn for a second time in the laps of one week taking it inn for services because the service wasn't completed properly the day of the first service it.got done. So makes me wonder if the services they say they do on our vehicles be question because of my experience i just had with wounderies Toyota services department

Toyota service was great as usual, not amazed but can’t complain at all. This time though, I have to say that there was a guy who greeted me who was amazing. I went in for a quick oil change service and he was the first person I met, I think his name was Nam, not sure if Chinese or Korean but definitely Asian, forgive me if I’m wrong. He welcomed me with a big smile and was in charge of taking the mileage, pictures of the vehicle, and signatures needed to get me going. He made sure my address and personal information on file were correct, which they were not, and also taking care of myself offering water since it was a really hot day. I received a 10 stars customer service experience BY HIM, he was very up to standards, and yet very nice and friendly. That is how it should be. Thank you.
