The worker who I noticed as going above and beyond was Nam Tran, a greeter. He met me when I first arrived. I saw him moving quickly to get to customers/vehicles in a timely manner. He was constantly moving in an attempt to minimize wait times. This was a Saturday, so I assume a very busy day. He directed me where to go after checking me in. Later, when my vehicle was ready I saw him continuing to work so efficiently. I wanted to recognize him for working diligently and providing excellent customer service.
