Nelson provided exceptional service and helped me get in and out of the dealership quickly to give me time back in my day. As a very busy mom, this is extremely valuable to me. He also took time to write down the battery warranty information that he had explained to me. Overall, his demeanor and politeness was so matter-of-fact (as this is the standard set, it seems) that I greatly appreciated having an overall positive experience. You folks are doing a good job training your employees there, as everyone was courteous and kind (qualities that seem to be rarer these days). Thank you!

Same situation with no action to correct. You wouldn’t want me to give you anything less when a honest response.
Simply, why do your salespeople think that their ‘job specs’ require them to literally run up to me from a standing position to get my attention. Bringing my car in for service and attempting to enter the service door before being bothered is getting old! It’s harassment and its unwelcome behavior. I want it stopped!! This may be just be something that requires my attorney’s full attention. Where is the professionalism. My only regret was I did not get your salesperson name and walk him in to you. Call me at ****-****-xxxx landline. Do not email or text me. I sure this complaint will go unnoticed or answered with a standard reading response. Just fix it!!
