I can not thank Mr. Tamaki enough for handling my appointment this morning . I do not have many weekdays off work, but made a last minute appointment to replace the brake pads. Mr. Tamaki explained that I could Wait until the next service check to get them replaced, but because of my work schedule, I decided to do it today , under the condition that I could be done in time for a noon appointment I had made . It was important for me not to miss this doctor’s appointment . Mr. Tamaki made sure I was out and done in plenty of time. I can not thank Mr. Tamaki enough for helping me with the car , and helping me make the appointment. I felt he was instrumental in helping me make the most out of my day off work. Thank you Wondries for excellent service provided by Mr. Tamaki.

The hood was obviously slammed when they closed it. It's pushed down. I never open the hood. The only ones who do it is at the dealer when I go in for service. My car was had grease on the passenger side. Very sloppy person who ever serviced my car. I had just washed it . I had to take off the greasy spots on the my white car. I have pictures of it.
