The staff here are doing a great job, but today, I went to get regular maintenance, it kept me waiting 2 and a half hours for the maintenance service, even though I was not supposed to have an oil change this time, just tire rotation and check something else, this is the first time, I have waited this long period of time, I know it’s Saturday, maybe a little busier, but this was not my first time that have the service on Saturday. This is the only thing, I feel that it could be better, the reception staff at the counter is perfect though. Thank you, hopefully it helps.

I was quoted a specific dollar amount but when I arrived..I was told it actually cost more. I Showed the text I got proving I made sure before I came. The service was honored but left me upset knowing that there wasn’t a clear communication of what I was quoted versus person handling transaction. Just seems I had to push for the quoted amount. I don’t think I will be back. I went through a list of trouble to make it on a Saturday for a deal my partner said that deal seems too good to be true. Either way, thank you for giving me that price but it didn’t sit well later being told it should cost more from the same company that offered me the price. Thank you for following up.
