Danny Llamas was very friendly and personable. The issue was with the lack of communication. I added a few extra services and am fine with the longer wait time but I need that communication either through text or call in regard to wait time. I ended up waiting 6 hours at the dealership with no updates. This is not okay. Wait time should be communicated so customers can leave and come back. I waited there 8:30am to 2:30pm with no breakfast or lunch, thinking the service would take maximum 3 or 4 hours. I would have happily left and come back. Please improve communication about wait time through text. Thank you.
