The maintenance team were exceptionally professional and they told me that when I dropped off my car at 10:30 for my appointment. That it would not be ready until 2 or 3pm. So, I knew it was going to be a long day at the dealership. My only negative comment I have is why take a 10:30 appointment. If you cannot get the car looked at until 1 or 2 pm? I think you your appointment line does not know how busy your maintenance department is, or they do know and you are overbooking appointments internationally. Anyways, I really like the people at Wondries Toyota. So, I will come back for my 15k mile checkup, but I will be asking more questions at the time of booking.
