Had my 25K service. Was told my tires need to be replaced due to low tire tread. Tires were replaced by warranty for the same issue at 11K miles. Now after 14K tires are bad. I asked how this can be that tires only last 14K he did not really seem to care and wanted to dismiss that this was a problem. I guess it's because my warranty is about to run out and he didn't care. The right thing to do was to offer an explanation or at least do some diagnostics to figure why my truck is causing early tire wear. I asked if they can check my alignment and he wanted to charge me for an issue clearly is a warranty issue. I figure my issue was too much of an hassle and just wanted me out.

Service representative could have communicated with me the problem that the service technician was having with the cars battery and what was being done. There was no communication as to how long the process had been going on. I did not receive any updates on the car until 3 hours later. I waited 4 1/2 hours to find out that the problem with the battery had not been resolved and was told to wait longer. I could not wait any longer and was late for work because of this. I had to take my car with the battery issue to work because the problem was unresolved.
