I took my car in for service today. I was told that for cleaning the vent or fan that belongs to the hybrid battery, they needed to go in through the trunk. When I picked up my car everything was in the same place, including some trash I had in there. There is no way they could have taken everything out of the trunk and put everything back in, including the same exact spot. I left a piece of floss on purpose and it was in the same spot. I left with that doubt. I feel they didn’t do that service.
