Received a recall notice and came in to get it fixed. Unfortunately the recall letter from the corporate office stated it would be a 45 minute procedure that took over 2.5 hours. And in the end it could not be completed because of the size of my current battery. I was told I would either have to purchase a new battery or come back some other time to have the recall completely fixed. The recall letter stated that fixing this would be completely free, which is not really the case. The service rep and the technician were very courteous and tried to be very nice in explaining everything to me but I just wished I would've been informed early on that the battery would need to be replaced and that would need to pay for it on my own within the first hour of my appt instead of after waiting over 2.5 hours. Just something to think about for future customers who come in for this same recall notice.
