The customer service was superb and the recall battery problem check
Up was done sooner than the 2 hour expectancy. However, once I left I began to have battery problems. The battery died twice in the afternoon. I called the service center concerned there may be something wrong. But the gentleman at your service center told me it wasn’t their fault and that I should go to Costco for a new battery which I had just bought a year ago. I will be reluctant to take my car back for service there again.

I typically get recommendations for additional service after I drop my car off. The recommendations are for items that could be forecast before I arrive and could be discussed in detail when the car is being checked in and an informed/interactive decision made. The current approach feels predatory.
