Already relayed to John Kang, Manager. In the History tab, it populated a 12/7/25 date but the day of service was July 12, 2025. He took a photo of this from my phone screen. Also, asked for a revised report due to price change but did not come through, perhaps staff is not familiar with how to revise and resend from your new program. Noticed when I brought up these issues to two of your service advisors, one said ok once to one issue and ok again to second issue(his expression was like in one ear out the other),probably better to state he will note it and forward accordingly to troubleshoot. The other advisor I had to tell him to please report it so info will match. When I picked up car I asked to speak with manager so it can be properly noted, just trying to help your business improve, be consistent with info. and note any info popping up when not suppose to so customers don’t get confused. Thank you.
